From the beginning, the objective of the TERSUS aseptic filler project was to develop a high speed low-acid aseptic packaging system for preformed containers with the following characteristics:

In business since 1994 Aseptic Innovation, Inc., formerly HAMBA USA, Inc., offers sales, maintenance, consulting, design and manufacturing services for the extended shelf life and aseptic filler market in North America.  Aseptic Innovation, Inc., “AI”, provided significant contributions to the research & development as well as the design & manufacture of multiple aseptic systems in use globally today.

Today, AI is focused on designing and manufacturing a new, truly modular, purpose-built aseptic filling and closing system from the ground up for the global aseptic market.  Our design team is unimpeded by the limits imposed by modifying the relics of non-aseptic technology.  This freedom allows us to apply proven aseptic principles to develop innovative approaches in our aseptic packaging systems.
